Can I Upgrade my Retainer Package?
Yes. Many clients begin with a smaller retainer and add additional hours as their project evolves.
Do retainer hours expire?
Yes. Retainer hours are valid for two years from the date of purchase, providing flexibility as projects evolve. Any unused hours remaining after the expiration date will expire and are non-refundable
Are retainers refundable?
Retainers reserve dedicated design time and scheduling availability and are therefore non-refundable once services have commenced.
